FSFP Asembly @ A Glance
Please find below a guide to assembling the FSFP Enclosure system
Tools Supplied
The following tools are supplied with each enclosure Kit and are used as some screws need to be installed in angled positions.
Recommended Tools
To maintain the surface finish, tubular steel sections are pre-punched and tapped at appropriate points for location and fixing points prior to painting.
The use of M6 & M8 taps (whilst not always required) tends to ease the assembly process is recommended.
Additional Ball Head Allen head hand tools & drive bits are available as options.
Plinth Assembly
Step 1. On a solid, flat bench / surface, loosely assemble the corner pieces to the depth sections of the plinth
Note: ensure that the prepared holes for the blanking plugs are oreiented towards the front & rear.
Step 2. Connect the front & rear plinth profiles to the side section.
Step 3. Tighten all screw connections so that the plinth in true & square.
